Conscious of the value of alternative dispute resolution, she takes an active role in mediation, aiming to resolve disputes between parties quickly, effectively and amicably.
She speaks advanced English and German, communicating directly with foreign clients throughout their proceedings.
Ebru Demir graduated from the historic Vefa High School in 2015 and completed her undergraduate degree at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2019. Rather than settling for theory alone, she spent roughly five years during her studies working actively at a law office with a wide caseload, building practical experience across several branches of law.
After graduating, she completed the compulsory traineeship required by the Attorneys Act at İlkyaz Hukuk ve Danışmanlık (İlkyaz Law & Consultancy) as its sole trainee lawyer, until April 2021. During that period she personally handled the full workload — file management, drafting petitions and legal documents, attending hearings and conducting enforcement proceedings.
Her practice rests on fidelity to the fundamental principles of law, ethical conduct, transparency and trust; every file is assessed carefully so that clients’ rights and interests are protected to the fullest extent. She follows current legislation and high court case law closely, and works to produce strategic, results-oriented solutions tailored to each set of facts.
